J.C. Pinto LTD, company registration number 13965287, hereinafter called the Company, uses the trading names J.C. Pinto. The terms and conditions stated hereunder apply to the establishment.
Payment, Gratuities and VAT
The Company reserves the right to levy an optional service charge of 10% and apply this to the final bill for tables of 8 or more. All prices quoted include VAT.
Payments for larger parties of 8 or more – all of our bills are itemised, however we are unable to separate them into individual amounts or produce individual bills for each person. Individual payments can be taken but there must an equal division (per person) which equates to, or exceeds the total amount.
Promotions and Offers
All offers and promotions are subject to availability at any given time. Only one offer, discount or promotion may be used at any one time (per group) and against the full cost of any goods or services purchased. No additional discounts can be used with any offer.
Any promotions are offered in good faith and the owners decisions on any discrepancy is final.
Cancellations
Guest cancellations are subject to the cancellation policy of the Company. Guests may be charged a cancellation fee or their deposit withheld if they fail to attend at the agreed time of booking or performance and the Company is unable to resell the seats.
In the unlikely event a booked table or event is cancelled by the company, the company will make every endeavour to rebook at a mutually convenient time within the next 12 months. Where a booking cannot be re-arranged for whatever reason, any deposit or pre-payment held by the Company will be returned to the customer in full.
However the Company cannot be held liable for any travel or accommodation costs in relation to a cancellation, nor can the Company be held liable for any other costs howsoever incurred relating to the cancellation or re-booking at its restaurants or if you choose not to accept an alternative booking and elect to go elsewhere.

The Company is committed to protecting the privacy of users of our website. The use of “we” and “us” refers to “we” and “us” the Company.
This introduction outlines the Company views on cookies, privacy and the information we collect from you, the user. Any such information shall be used in accordance with the permissions granted by you and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 (the “Act”). We are the data controller for the purposes of the Act.
By using this website you agree to us obtaining limited information about you.
In terms of general use, this is purely the anonymous cookie placed by the likes of Google to track website statistic and is managed by a third party. We collect no information beyond that for personal use of the average user.
Should you sign-up to our newsletter, contact us or make a booking. We hold this information on file for in-house purposes only. This may be used for future marketing, deals and special offers until a time where you un-subscribe. At no time will this information ever be disclosed or sold to a third party.

Loyalty Cards
Our loyalty cards are there to enable us to gather feedback from our customers as well as trying to give something back to our loyal customers. By filing out our feedback card you are agreeing for us to use your details for direct marketing purposes only for that specific restaurant. We will never share your details with a third party. We may from time to time contact customers with the aim of gaining more information for a particular feedback point. Feedback and contact information is stored within a secure database.
We contact the winner of each prize for the previous month, and if allowed share the details on social media. The draw is completely by random and under the supervision of the owner. Our loyalty cards are in good faith and the owners decisions on any discrepancy is final.
Competitions
From time to time JC Pinto may run competitions/giveaways. These may be on the website or across social media and the company’s decision is final. An outline of the basic terms and conditions can be found below.
By entering the competition/giveaway you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Unless otherwise explicitly stated all entries must be received by 23:59 the day prior to the draw (e.g. Thursday 23:59 before announcing the winner Friday morning). One (1) winner in Great Britain (excluding Northern Ireland) will be selected at random by J.C. Pinto on competition close and the winner will be notified on or after this date.
J.C. Pinto competitions/giveaways with entry via Instagram and/or Facebook are open only to residents of Great Britain (excluding Northern Ireland). One (1) winner will be chosen at random from all entrants and across all platforms.
No purchase necessary. Winners will not be required to pay to enter any competitions/giveaways.
Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry.
Meta and its subsidiaries, or any other external platform (unless explicitly stated) are not in any way affiliated or involved in the competition.
Only one valid entry per person per competition will be accepted.
Each entrant shall enter the competition/giveaway via Instagram by tagging another Instagram user in the comments of the specified post by “@jcpintonowich” and following this Instagram profile.
The Prize will be awarded to a randomly selected winner who has entered on Instagram, using a random number generator. We will not be held liable if the named prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, J.C. Pinto’s liability under or in connection with the competition/giveaway or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize in question.
Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, we (J.C. Pinto) reserve the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.
In the case of unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of J.C. Pinto we reserve the right to cancel, modify any terms of, suspend or otherwise change the giveaways/competitions run and these terms and conditions either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
